Business Approach

For Elizabeth, the evolving world has reaffirmed the value of “home”; functionality, the energy, the potential, the location, the community, and the memories made (and memories yet to be made) with the people who fill it. If you are thinking of buying and/or selling a home, Elizabeth’s goal is to help you through this process and to celebrate your journey. She is ready to look at the location, the community, and the functionality of your ideal home, and she will focus on whatever factors are most important to you. Your best interests are Elizabeth’s driving force, and she is willing to work smarter, harder, and longer to make sure that you are getting the most out of your transition.

Community

Having spent years fostering connections and giving back to the community, Elizabeth understands the value of creating lasting relationships. Whether organizing impactful events like the 'Everything But the Turkey Food Drive,' which raises over 1200 pounds of food for local families annually, or brightening the holidays for children through community outreach, Elizabeth thrives on making a difference both in and out of the office.

Personal Background

As a nearly lifelong resident of the South Sound, Elizabeth is deeply familiar with the area and its neighborhoods. Most recently, Elizabeth and her family have called both Tacoma and Gig Harbor home, and they currently reside happily in Tacoma’s West Slope. When Elizabeth isn’t enthusiastically working for clients, she enjoys backpacking in the mountains, baking (with pecan pie bars as a signature treat), and spending quality time with her husband Jared, and their two kids, Tristan (17) and Kyla (14).
